Barry is a husband, father, and proud Papaw, part of Neighborhood Fellowship since its earliest planning and continues to serve today. Professionally, he serves as an advocate for homeless men, women, and children in Indianapolis through his work with Wheeler Mission, helping to provide hope, help & healing to those in need. His faith has been deeply influenced by heroes such as D.L. Moody, Jim Strietelmeier, Jerry and Sandy Tucker, and Keith Green—individuals whose passion for Christ, service to others, and commitment to the Gospel have helped shape his ministry and life. Barry’s desire is to love God, serve his neighbors, and encourage others to follow Jesus through both word and action.
Mike has been a part of Neighborhood Fellowship from its beginnings, always wanting to serve and spread the gospel in an urban setting alongside his more qualified wife Cindi. He enjoys being a grandfather to Anthony and father to Kristina, Kimberly, Jessica, and Isaiah. “Love God and your neighbor as yourself” has led Mike and family into foster care and adoption and Agape and compassion clinic ministries. Mike also enjoys spreading the gospel through heavy metal music and motorcycles, lol.
Huri (BS, MDiv) came to NF in 2011, and has served as an elder since 2021. Originally from Honduras, he married Gina in 2010 and they have two daughters, Isabella (book writer) and Alessia (natural artist). They all share a big love for music. They have hosted around 30 immigrant kids from different countries since 2021 through Bethany Transitional Foster Care program. His favorite Christian artist is Keith Green and his favorite Bible verse is Romans 5:1.
Mark came to faith in Jesus Christ at age four, and heard the call to pastoral ministry at age eighteen. He received his B.A. from Taylor University and his M.Div. and Th.M. from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. Mark and Debra have served in inner city or urban churches for their entire marriage. They have six children: Jasmin, Daesha, Kayli, Jocelyn, Colter, and Hudson. Mark is from Cleveland, Ohio and has served churches in Cleveland, Chicago, and Indianapolis. He became Lead Pastor at NF in 2025.
Nathan has been a member of NF since 2020 and has had the privilege of serving as a deacon since 2025, primarily serving in the areas of maintenance and music. He works professionally as a data analyst and enjoys using both his talent and his love for the Lord to serve wherever needed. Nathan and his wife, Sabrina, are blessed with two daughters, Lizzy and Samantha, and are eagerly awaiting the arrival of their son in late 2026. He is passionate about teaching, discipleship, and serving others, with the desire to see people drawn to Christ and continually grow in their faith. His life is guided by Philippians 1:21: “For to me to live is Christ, and to die is gain.”
